Thanks in adv!
Can someone also pm me the email address? Thanks alot!!
I have a Judgement from MCM and so far at this point I have not paid. I would love to be able to settle this for a less amount and get a PFD. Can anyone one help me with this process. I really need to get this off so that I can buy a permanent home for me and my 4 children. Will someone help me thru this process please. I don't even know where to start.
Thank You
Cheryl
Cheryla18,
I called MCM and paid the debt over the phone, but they were not willing to do PFD. They also only settled for $15 less than the amount. I have emailed some addressed in hopes of it being deleted but I'll just have to wait and see for now. Lots of factors go into what you shuld do like:
How old is the debt?
It could be past the SOL for your state.
Have you disputed and asked for a DV letter?
There are more things to consider. I ould keep looking on the forums for situations like yours for advice.
