is it 7 yrs in every state for info to remain on a CR? Or is it different state to state? If different, does anyone know floridas. I thought I read 5 yrs. thanks for your help.

It is 7.5 years for COs and collections, 7 years for lates etc.

 

NY is the only state I know of that has a 5 year rule for paid COs and collections.
