I checked my "creditKarma" report and my home equity line of credit, last late in 2013 but has been current since, is still showing as being past due. The bank says I'm current and currently not having problems. Just got two credit cards and CK scores are 700-720 (actual eq is 652). Any way of contacting credit reporting agencies to fix this problem? That's what the bank said to do but I don't know how. I call numbers and I get an automated message asking me to buy a credit report..
What is showing as the Current Status of the account?

I would get copies of your reports directly from the CRAs. You might considering doing so through the annual credit report website if you haven't requested your free copy yet for the year. This way, you can see what the actual reports say (some sites like CK aren't always accurate) and you'll have report numbers, in case you do need to initiate a dispute.
