allianceone remove from credit may 2009

hi there went down to the court and say a flyer from allianceone "pay off balance in may 2009" and they wave ihe intrest and remove records from credit report my balance was just $54 they waive the interest but charge me $5 to pay over the phone so i still end up paying my full $54, I also got a copy of there flyer as proof: smileyvery-happy:

For anyone else with this CA reporting, make sure you get it in writing that they will remove before you pay!

Well I call alliance a few days ago to ask how long it would take for them to be removed from my credit and they told me they already notified the credit agency so I should just wait till they update my info I could not wait so I call transunion and told them about the situation and received a letter in the mail saying that my collection has been deleted
