Got another baddie off. It was a paid medical collection from 2006. I sent GW. They sent letter saying we will delete. 3 months later was still on so I disputed it. They didn't verify and it was deleted from 2 reports it was on.
From 11 to 4 baddies in 2 years.
Now to work on the stuborn ones.
I work with the hipaa law at my job but the hipaa process is sooooo confusing to me. Basically it says you cant say anything to anybody about any medical condition unless there is a trail of paper work releases. But using this to remove paid collections I don't get.
