Balance owed on a Bank of America acct is $757 and is placed with the CA NCO/27. I found Tuscani's example PFD letter on here and have copied it.
What do you think my chances are of receiving a delete for offering to pay 35% of this debt (again, I used Tuscani's form letter that stated I know nothing of the debt and am not saying it is valid and will dispute if they refuse my offer).
I guess I am asking for opinions on my chances because if anyone has previous experience and feel I am totally wasting my time with the low offer to settle then I can reevalute and raise my offer maybe.
