Have some old parking tickets in collections at OSI. Transunion says they're all "estimated" to be deleted in 2010. Should I wait it out or attempt a PFD? I definitely owe the debt, not sure a DV will help.
Whether you owe the debt or not you should mail a DV CMRRR anyway!! If they answer the DV with the proper info. Then it is up to you. If you want to pay then you would send a PFD
