anyone have luck with Citizens Bank GW?

DH has redeemed repo with Citizens Bank auto loan from 4 years ago.

 

Has anyone worked with them for any GW for removing lates or a redeemed repo?

 

Don't remember seeing any posts about them, so figured I would ask before I GW them.
