anyone have luck with State of WI, Satisfied Lein Removal?

My BF has two PIF State of WI tax leins on his credit report.  I sent the CB the PIF (Satisified) letters and this did nothing.  I also contacted the State of WI, they said they couldnt delete but I should send the letter to the CB.

 

Anyone have luck with this?  How?

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Also you can see if you can file a motion to vacate on grounds they have been paid. If they are vacated the entry is gone from your CRs.
