Hello, does anyone know who would be the best person to contact at bofa regarding getting 1 late payement removed from my CR? i have been a great customer for years, i had one late last year due to my daughter being ill and i forgot to send the payment because i was so busy getting her back and forth to doctors appointments. I really need this one late payment removed
