bogus collection

I received a call from a ca about an online payday loan that they said i took out and didnt pay and they wanted the money. I advised them I had never taken out a payday loan and they had the wrong person and it had to be fraud and i hung up. I received another call and advised the lady i would have to call her back. After doing some research I found out my cousin had stolen my info and set up an online payday loan with my info and also a bogus checking account with my info. LOOOOOOONG STORY! I called the ca back to advise the rep of this info that this was all fraud and she was extremely nasty with me. I advised her I valued my credit would try 2 mke sme arrangements to pay. But as she continued to be nasty and I grew extremely angry with her and my cousin I was trying to make a hard decision of pressing charges against my cousin and i advised her of this. I think I made a BIG mistake of even talking to her. I then sent in a DV letter. I don't want anything reported on my cbr. The last time I checked my report was 5/17 and I am too scared to pull it again. Do you think they will report it cuz I agreed at first to pay 2 protect my credit, even though I found out that my cousin committed fraud with my info? Can someone please help me?
