can a CA report >payment after charge off/collection<?

This is the status for an old CA account that was a cc chargeoff that was purchased by Arrow.   Are they allowed to report this status?  I thoght they could ony report that it is a collection account?  I guess the 2nd question is if it matters.

Yes, they can report it like that.  It is a CO with a collection agency.  That is why is said payment after CO/collection.
