can a collection company report paid after item was deleted?

as the title states wondering if a collection company reports paid after something is deleted. would it re apear back on the report?

Depends...if the CA was deleted as a result of a dispute with the CRAs, then that CRA must notify you in writing within 5 days prior to rereporting. If the CA deleted on their own, then they can rereport at any time.

Why did the CA delete?
