So I couldnt get a pfd, but was wondering if I needed to send this letter along with the prehippa letter to the CRA once I pay it..I recieved the following letter from the collection agency / hospital

ca name accountu####
Per your request on BLAH BLAH BLAH, name of hospital will accept $3400 in certified funds as settlement in full for the above mention account..Must be received by BLAH BLAH BLAH.Upon receiving payment we will report the account as paid in full to the credit bureau...

this letter was sent from the collection agency which is apart of the hospital...so it has both letterheads on it...
my collection states that the colletion agency is attempting to collect this for the hospital..
