This was thru my divorce which i made notes on my credit reports at the time. It seems my score can't pass 680. In April we sold the house and the loan was payed in full. Can this be hurting my score from that far back? Should it go off after this year. Any comments appreciated
thanks

The Worst Delinquency reports the worst missed payment status that has been documented on this account. Your FICO® score evaluates how recently that missed payment occurred and in general, the more recent, the more impact it has on your score. However, the fact that it occurred is still predictive of future payment risk and could be considered by your FICO® score |
A lot depends on if there are any other negatives reporting that are more recent. 30 and 60 day lates from that long ago shouldn't be hurting much but posters have mentioned a single 30 day late hurting them the entire 7 year period until it was finally gone.
The 30 day lates should be gone in 4/2011 and the 60 day lates in November and December of this year. You're almost there.
