I'm in Texas, and I have two accounts with collection agency. I can pay one off today, but if I only paid one and not the other, can they take back their "pay for delete" agreement?
Assuming the debts are with the same collection agency, did they offer to pay for delete for both? Did they send you a letter confirming that?
