i sent an email to Capital One EO on the 3rd, i haven't got any response via phone or email.
this is abnormal from what ive been reading, typically the next day people get a phone call.
i sent the email to the address found by googling cap ones CEO.
should i send it again, or just give it some more time?
More time, it can sometimes take over a week. If you dont hear after 14 days then resend.
