I also called Cap 1 and was told they would file a "dispute" which I told them I didnt want to dispute it, but to report ND (no data) and now it shows dept in dispute on CR, so maybe this will change.  Anyone know how often Cap One reports to CRA?

Cap One is a tough cookie, believe me. I have been contacting them since last month... Now Everyone at their leadership office knows me, but still they won't delete my TLS... Am not discouraging you... Shogun has this saying " they can say 100 No, but it takes only 1 Yes to delete" so keep pressing on... You will get it...

Wonder if that would work for me I had an auto loan there that was behind for quite a while its paid off now as of February last year
