Yep - you're in the exact same boat as me - portfolio recovery bought the debt - Cap One is still reporting but at zero balance and CO - portfolio recovery is not reporting at all - mine is scheduled to fall off summer of 2013 and I can't stand portfolio recovery
Sane result for me after goodwill email to CEO and executive office calling back. I'll try the snail mail route.
I'm snail-mailing, too. Sounds like the woman working in the executive office has probably been making a lot of phone calls lately, haha.
Could someone please PM me that email address?
Could someone please PM some GW addresses they have used successfully? I guess I'll try sending ut 10 or so tomorrow and see what happens!
could somone pleae send me the contact info and copy of letter. I have a paid charge off and paid judgement i want to try to remove, and I have a current account with CapOne.
Nice. It's good to hear Capital One will follow through with requested good wills. I just sent my first Friday.
Hello,
Can you please give me the e-mail address you used? Thanks in advance.
Could someone pm me a copy of a GW letter, I have been interested in sending one out to try to improve some of the items on my credit.
Thanks much
