Yep - you're in the exact same boat as me - portfolio recovery bought the debt - Cap One is still reporting but at zero balance and CO - portfolio recovery is not reporting at all - mine is scheduled to fall off summer of 2013 and I can't stand portfolio recovery

I received a letter in the mail from the executive assistant in response to an email to the CEO (a simple google will find the address) stating that my 30day late will be removed. I got the letter roughly 10 days after sending the email. No phone call.
