In anyones opinion, could I attempt to gw capital one for a negative acct that was "included in bankruptcy?" It has been paid off in full, in fact I finished my chapter 13 2 1/2 yrs early. I just want this negative off of my reports. Has anyone ever tried to good will anything that was included in bankruptcy, or is it just for charge off,, lates etc? It probably would not hurt to try but just wondered if anyone has had any success with getting things deleted that were marked included in a bankruptcy before.
You can try nothing wrong with it. With Cap-1 best chance of getting it removed is in the last year of reporting
