chase auto charge off

I have a  chase auto charge off for 11000 on my report that is 5 years old. Am I playing with fire trying to get it removed? I would appreciate any advice.

You would need to check on what the SOL is in your state for this type of loan, its considered a written contract.

I have already checked and the sol has passed. It is 3 years in South Carolina. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do? I heard a lot about Dv letters.
