collection aging?

i have an old paid medical collection on my file the OC never showed up on any of my reports just the collection and it only shows date assigned is sometime in 08, so when will it age off 7 yrs from 08 (2015) or is there a DOFD somewhere  that i am not seeing? i thought all neg info falls off around 7 yrs from DOFD and im fairly certain that happend in 06 or 07 but since OC never reported anywhere i dont know for sure

You can contact the CRAs and ask them what the FCRA compliance date is.  Yes, they are excluded 7.5 years from the DoFD.
