Send them a direct dispute under FCRA 623(a)(8). That will put them under a 30-day period to investigate the accuracy of the reported balance and either correct it or verify back to you that it is accurate. Include your documentation, and remind them of their statutory obligation to timely update all reported information under the provision of FCRA 623(a)(2).
