I am not sure what company you are asking for -- cach llc OR collect america?
My suggestion would be to call up the phone number you have for them (block your phone number first) and ask them for their street mailing address, for their website address, and for a general email address.
With the website address, like myfico.com, you can explore and possibly find a link to send an email.
With a general email address, you can send something. You can probably experiment with different addresses - like customerservice@xxxx.com or billing@xxxx.com
