credit bureau posting 3 negative reports on same account

I had gotten 3 wireless cell phones under my name in 2007, one for me my spouse and my daughter all at the same time all with Verizon. So I had 1 bill every month. I cancelled all 3 lines because they were over charging every month about 150$ extra than what I signed up for. Well on my credit report I have 1 company that I owe 1900 for the cell bill and another credit bureau that's reports 150$ 3 times for the 3 phone lines that were cancelled. So all in all I'm getting 4 negative credit reports for the 1bill ... is this legal ???

If you had one account with Verizon it should only show up as one collection under one account.

Is the one for $1900 including the early termination or do you know.

Do the three have different account numbers?  I would not think they could since it was one account.

Yes it shows 3 different account numbers.

Who is the CA? 

I know there were 3 different lines but they all fell under the same account number so they should be with them as one also. 

IMO, I think the CA is not reporting correctly.

N.A.R is the CA, I contacted them and asked why there were 3 different reports, they said there were 3 phones.. can I do anything about it ?

I would contact Verizon and see what they have to say.  I wonder if they sent it to the CA that way.  If not I don't think the CA can't legally report like that.
