Good morning, credit card companies should be reporting monthly.
Over time mostly. You probably won't receive bumps to your score monthly, only when milestones are reached. Maybe an account aging over a year, or your AAoA reaching a certain time. Lowering UTIL monthly will raise a score though, depending on other factors.
Yes it can but, try not to max out the card (meaning close to your credit limit) and make on time payments, take care of the card and it will have a positive impact on your score. I'm sure others can chime in with even better advice...Good luck to you!

How often do credit card companies report to credit bureaus?
Most do monthly, there are some outliers who report every few months and some CUs that only report quarterly.
I'm seeing more progress on scores moving by lowering my util to between 10-20%. I paid the balance off on two cards (I only have 3), and only have 10% on the one I use the most. It's working quicker than I'd expected.
Lowering util results in an instant score change when reported.
