I would call them first and remind them of their "oversight," and give them a month to correct.

I would reserve a dispute, and its inherent effect on your credit score by the posting of a dispute code, if you cant resolve it informally in a timely manner.

well i disputed with equifax and not the CA, so Im not sure if its the CAs oversight that the collection hasnt been deleted with the other CRAs.
