my wife's report had 3 medical collections from medicredit that she had paid(without asking for pfd) she called today and after getting thru to a supervisor, was told that the 3 accounts will be deleted from the agenicies(supervisor said this couod take up to 45 days). my wife told the lady that we are trying to get our first mortgage and these 3 collections being removed would helpngain the 10 or 15 points we need on our credit.
i have 1 medical collection that she had paid without pfd that she is going to attempt.
her advice to others, get the supervisor, be upbeat, nice, admit your mistake and ask for goodwill.
