2 weeks ago i wrote a goodwill letter to Nationwide credit corporation to see if they would remove the 2 paid collections i have with them. i just got a letter back from them, and here is what they said.
"thank you for contacting our office regarding the information listed on your credit reports. This letter is to confirm that a request has been submitted to e-Oscar to update the account listed above as PAID."
does that mean a removal or it will stay on my CR as paid?

What they have stated is simply their statutory requiment under the FCRA to promptly update their reporting so as to reflect its current accuracy. FCRA 623(a)(2).
It states nothing other than what is required of them.
