How long has it taken?

The CRAs are required to conclude their reinvestigation of the dispute within 30 days of its filing, and communicate their notice of results to the consumer within 5 days thereafter, providing you did not send additional information to them while the dispute was pending, which would have extended the reinvestigatin periord to 45 days.

If you havent heard from them within approx a month and a half after filing, then they might be in violation.
