when disputing with the 3 reporting agncy is it 30 days or 45 days  to get results back? thanks

30 unless you provide added information during the dispute or your states constitutes 45.  My state is 45 irregardless so they never have to respond within 30 days

According to the FCRA it is 30 days.  If you send in information during the dispute they can add more time.  It can also depend on what you are reporting.

If you are disputing based a the free report mandated we can get, it is 45 days.
