On my fiance's credit report it shows a company named XLS/KNOWLDGE.   It should be a student loan, and she has a few late marks with them and we are trying to send a goodwill letter to see if they will work with us.  I am not sure what company we should send the GW to.  If anyone knows who this is, we would greatly appreciate any info.  Thanks

I just ran it through google and came up with this:

Check out the link because it looks like loans serviced by them have been tranferred to AES.
