I just pulled my CR -- SUCCESS, INDEED! ALL baddies removed from all 8 accounts ( each account had one 60, one 90, and one 120 day late). I am waiting until January to pull a new score, but the report is certainly updated. Thank you everyone for your support and thank you, the people of these forums for the correct contacts.
