equifax result - nothing

I got a confirmation on a dispute I had (not sure which account) that says "your results are" - and then nothing............... The results are not listed. Has anyone seen this before from equifax?

Did you authorize them to report the results electronically?

yes, it says viewed.... but the results areblank..... I dont even know what account it was because I think everything is still being investigated, it says completion date is

Then you do not have a notice of results of reinvestigation, which requires them to provide the results within 5 business days after conclusion of their (normally) 30-day reinveatigation period.

I would give them a call.  Only they can say why they have not provided the results.

They may also be in violation if more than 5 business days have expired since the end of theri reinestigation period, so if they dont cooperate, I would suggest a complaint to the CFPB.
