Sorry you're feeling discouraged. Chin up MsTucker... you were able to get a wrongful judgement deleted AND you were able to get a score increase! Even though it wasn't as high as you'd like, getting a judgement removed is a great thing! Are the TU and EQ scores your FICO's?

Are there any collections or other baddies on your report? Do you have cc's if so is the util low?

HUGS! You're headed in the right direction and that's worth staying the course, in my opinion Smiley Happy

If you can get your CC balances to 9% utilization or less, you'd probably see a nice score increase! Some people have their cc's report a 0 balance, with the exception of 1 card which they let report between 1-9%. I personally, try to just have my balances report 0-1% because it helps to make sure I'm not incurring debt I can't pay for.

Re: feeling discouraged

great progress so far.  As others mentioned paying down a few cards to $0 would help together with lower util but not all the way to your goal.

What negatives: late/collections/... do you have?

Starting Score: TU 732 | EQ 655 | EX Plus 725 [Jan 2012]
Current Score: TU 697 | EQ 694 | EX 659 (psecu) [aPRIL 2012]
Goal Score: 760 In Aggressive paydown mode, thinking Amex BCE for 2013
