fico not updating??

I  see my scores from usaa raising they started almost same as equifax fico here but on the usaa im at 590 and on this one It hasnt moved from 509.. was 516.  3 weeks ago and dropped to 509. Are my notification not set up? ?.

I Know they are fako scores but was just curious

Did anything happen to trigger a credit alert? (e.g. new TLs, updated accts, increased balances)

Where is your target score set at within your settings?
