This is just a testimony to never give up after numerous times of trying to get a trade line deleted I finally got the right person today. She spent time listening to my dilemma and finally agreed they were reporting incorrectly and vowed to delete the trade line. I thought this was hopeless but posting on their face book account did the trick. Now if my goodwill attempts with gecrb would be fruitful I would be in a lot better shape. They are really being stubborn. Thanks to every single person on this forum.
