As for GWs that have been turned down, there is nothing illegal about GW removal. Reporting accurate information is the legal mandate. However, there is no mandate to report information at all. You may just want to try sending out a regular letter on a periodic basis. You could even look for different addresses or people higher up in the company to help. They are an exception, so they don't always grant them; GW removal is often just a matter of luck and persistance.
