has anyone had any luck PFD'ing Citibank?

I had paid off a Citibank credit card in full in 2005 and moved out of town. Citibank is stating that I short paid them $2 and that balance had carried over for 2 years without me knowing until I recently pulled a credit report and found all of this out.


After late fees and interest accumulated, that $2 is now $102.

I called Citibank and explained my situation and they basically told me "tough luck".

Would I use a PFD in this case? Has anyone had success doing a PFD with Citibank? It's only $102 and I really want to pay this off and get rid of these baddies.
