I've been in the process of rebuilding my credit. I have a few baddies but I noticed on my three credit reports figis companies is listing a charge off from 2012. It said for merchandise ordered. I've never applied for credit from them nor have received anything from them. I disputed and of course the credit reporting agencies came back saying verified. What can I do next?? Should I write the company asking for a signed copy of the credit agreement and proof that items were delivered??
