hippa letters #1 for more than 1 collection?

i was wondering if i have to send a hippa #1 for every single medical collection my mom has to every single bureau. because that would be like 10 letters to each CRA thats roughly 30 certified letters. i was just wondering if i can condense it to one letter to each cra?

The pre-HIPAA letters are what go to the CRA.

I would write one letter for each account. However, I would mail all the letters to EQ in one envelope, all the ones to EX in one envelope, and all in one envelope to TU.

So, 10 letters to each CRA, but only one envelope to each.
