any help is appreciated...I have a judgement from 8/28/2007 that is due to fall off, tranunion 7/2014, experian 8/2014. i have erc account that shows filed 3 different years, equifax 11/2010, experian 11/2013, transunion 12/02/2012. the erc account was paid last summer. i have a midland account that shows filed 3 different years, equifax 8/2009, experian 3/2012, transunion 1/17/2012. the midland account was paid off last year. i have sent GW's to erc and midland to no avail. can i dispute erc or midland accounts for the reporting discrepancies with the credit bureaus or am I stuck with these accounts on credit report until they fall off in 2016 and 2017? so my other question is this, since the judgement falls off in a month or two I want to get my credit scores up. I am at a 590 on equifax, not sure on the other two since myfico reports equifax only. what should i do to improve my credit. i dont have any credit cards currently, so no revolving accounts. i thought i should wait until judgement falls off before applying for any new credit.
