how long should I wait for response from GW or PFD?

Based on your experience? I know GW don't always get a response so when should I send another. And I'm surprised I haven't gotten anything back yet on my PFD letter..

I would wait a month, then send another one.  Did you send it to the address on your CR or to a different address?

Try to find the email of the CEO of the company.  Why not start at the top.
