Bank of America payments behind in 2007 so got a letter from an attorney needing payment a month or two after payments were behind. Lawyer took 900 of the 1700 balance. B of A shows charge off, 0 balance, purchased by another lender. Lawyer or CA currently not showing up on CR.
How do I get BofA to remove TL early? Debt is paid. Only option is to GW?
