Thanks for your response Gdale6 and the creditor said that she is going to court this Friday to have it vacated. So now my next question is what happens after she has it vacated?? Do I need to contact the credit bureaus and send them copies or is this an automatic part of the program? Will it be deleted from my cr? Or do I need to contact the credit bureaus?
