I sent a goodwill letter to HSBC and they responded back stating the account was sold to Sherman.  I never asked for a validation but for them to delete the CO since it was reporting as a zero balance.  Should I send another letter?

Congrats!!!! Most of the post in here say HSBC is a tough nut to crack.
