I HAVE A CHARGED OFF US BANK AUTO LOAN THAT ONLY WENT TO THEM DURING CHARGE OFF STATUS, BUT THE LOAN IS NOW PAID COMPLETELY PAID OFF. I RCD THE CLEAR TITLE, BUT WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT THEM TO REMOVE THE LATES AND CHARGE OFF STATUS?
You can send them what is known as a goodwill letter. Basically ask them if they'll be nice and remove it. Other than that, there is nothing you can do since it is a legitimate entry.
