If you have not yet received a Notice of Results of Reinvestigaion from the CRA with which you filed a dispute, then you dont have a formal decision as to why any deletion was made. It is possible that they verified the accuracy of whatever was disputed, and yet chose to voluntarily delete with only one of the CRAs to which it was reported.
Deletion does not necessarily mean it was done by the CRA or that the furnisher informated the CRA that they could not verify the accuracy of the disputed information.

I've really been hard at work the last few months in trying yo correct all the derogatory marks on my report. This is a very frustrating task as some report and some simy don't. I Had 3 baddies (sprint, verizon, and comcast PIF) and one CO from Credit One Bank for $375. 2 of the 3 baddies were deleted and I'm working on Comcast atm for deletion.
EQ is reporting accurately as the CO is still there and my last baddie is under dispute. My EQ score as of today is 652. EX is still showing the one baddie as not paid still and of course the CO. EX score of 636.
Transunion... Well it seems as if they really don't care about updating any changes to my report. All baddies and CO are still reporting as of Feb 21st. I've since disputed all negative marks but haven't heard anything at all. I've even contact the CA I paid and they said they have already sent it to all 3 reporting agencies. So what gives?? I want to refinance my car currently at 7% interest and also wanted to apply for one or two more credit cards since I have a capital One $1800 limit. Thoughts??
Let me tell u this bro, ex is the hardest to get anything off your file! even with proof, they are stubbirn to the core. trans and requifax are the easier and will give u no hassle! im currently waiting until ex removed a paid collection off my account. I sent them a letter that i recevied from my collection agency that shows my account paid in full, and that the collection will be removed from my report. The collection agency said it will take 4-6 weeks so, i call xperian and they say its still processing!
I would give them 4-6 weeks, keep sending in your proof, keep disputing it, write them, call them, if u keep on them, then the quicker they will update your file!
I'm hoping the changes happen fast. you learn quick on here that when dealing with credit you need to be pt which i am not haha. I will be spending my day tomorrow pushing for changes to be made. With my EQ score of 652 i'm hoping its enough to be approved for a Discover IT. But.. I will wait for everything to be clear even if it takes daily phone calls.

OP, did you do a Pay For Delete(PFD)? This is where you agree to make payment on the collection account and the Collection Agency agrees to delete it from your Credit Report through the 3 Bureaus(Ex, Eq and Tu)? If you did agree to a PFD, did you get it in writing from the Collection Agency? As far as I understand, they(CO) are responsible for reporting to the CB to delete the account from your report? Also, in my case, it occurred in two days with EX, four days with EQ and a week and a half with TU.
The 3 Credit Bureaus only update and report what the creditor gives to them. They are not the problem, its your creditors that you paid and are trying to get them to remove items from your report. Also, if you just paid these baddies off without anything in writing explicitly stating that the creditor/collection agency would remove the item, it's not coming off. You paying the item will report as "paid" but not necessarily be removed.
For Verizon, try one of these numbers. It worked very smooth and easy for someone I know.

908-559-4760
On the first number, Catherine will answer the call. Make sure she put your info in a log. You will get a call
