I HAVE BEING WORKING MY WAY UP  

I USE TO HAVE ALL 3 CS  ON 500 6 MOTHS AGO 

 BUT I REALLY NEED IT GO UP BECAUSE I NEED A PRIMIUN CARD

It would depend on what is on your credit report and the usage of the limits on each card. For best scoring, let all your cards except one report $0 balance by the time the monthly statement cuts and the one card that doesn't report 1-9% of the limit.

MY CCU IS LESS THAN 10% 

AND 4 OF THE 5 HAVE NO BALANCE

You will need to work on the collection and the charge off.  They are what is holding your scores down.  Are they paid?

Oh,, and did you know your caps lock is on?

I can ONLY vouch on what my activity is for a new secured card. I use at least 30% of it during the month and right before 5th 3rd reports I make a payment to knock that boooooch down to 5% or less! That seems to have levied me a HUGE increase on my score; nearly 50 pts!
