i have a repo from 2010 that i would like to get rid of.
it's nowhere near SOL but i'd like to address it while it's still with the OC. i can't PIF until early 2013 but i prefer to not wait so it doesn't get sold to a CA.
i have experience with PFD and DV but only for things 2K or less; this is 10K so it makes me nervous.
i was thinking of sending a letter asking for consideration for a settlement or payment plan.
just want to get some opinions or get feedback from any one who's had to deal with a large CO.
